Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and are billed a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my seal limit?
We will notify you when you reach your monthly seal limit. Once you hit the limit, additional seal issuance is paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. No surprise charges.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are available for Starter and Pro tiers at a 20% discount. Contact us or select annual billing during signup to take advantage of the reduced rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can explore all features of your chosen plan before committing. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or continue on the Free tier.
